The Sycor Americas team journeyed from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to Roanoke, West Virginia, on October 27 to attend our first ever team building event. It was a 2-day event hosted at the beautiful Stonewall Resort surrounded by rolling mountains and tranquil lake waters. We didn’t just go there for the great views though! We partook in a number of activities in order to help us learn even more about each other and to foster a greater connection within our team.

From a personality quiz to a scavenger hunt, from a game that challenged our communication skills to the drinks we shared around the bonfire (of course!), we were able to learn much more about each other and bond on a deeper level. We figured out how to best communicate with one another (even with those whose personalities, we learned from the quiz, are very different from our own 🙂 ), and we strengthened our overall connection as a team.

The event was a big success, and we’re already looking forward to the next one!
